WCRL 1803 Fan Charter |
Description: |
The West Chester Railroad fan charter bursts out of the tunnel from University City on track 6 with the MLW RS18 leading and the ex-CP C424 trailing. Once the whole train got into 30th Street, all of the passengers disembarked and the train backed into Powelton Avenue yard. There, the apparently too big C424 was dropped and replaced with SEPTA 2GS14B 70. |
